Who are we? We are a NEN 4400-1 certified temporary employment agency specializing in technology. With years of experience in shipbuilding, construction, and industrial projects, we understand the ins and outs of the workplace. We combine a businesslike, no-nonsense approach with an informal, personal touch . This means we speak the language of both the workplace and the boardroom.

VCU certification

A significant portion of our field service activities takes place in hazardous industrial environments. This requires a high level of knowledge and constant awareness of the health and safety of our employees and their colleagues. Therefore, Qempower implements an active safety policy. Since January 2007, Qempower has been VCU-certified (Safety Checklist for Temporary Employment Agencies).

NEN 4400-1 certification

NEN 4400-1 is a national standard that sets requirements for temporary employment agencies and contractors, including subcontractors, established in the Netherlands, regarding the payment of taxes, social security contributions, and the legality of employment in the Netherlands. Qempower has been NEN 4400-1 certified and registered with the Register Normering Arbeid (SNA) since August 2009.

ABU quality mark

The temporary employment and secondment of employees requires reliability, transparency, and adherence to clear agreements. To guarantee this quality, Qempower is a member of the General Association of Temporary Employment Agencies (ABU). The ABU quality mark provides certainty for clients and employees and guarantees that Qempower meets strict requirements regarding employment conditions, compliance with laws and regulations, and sound business practices.

SNA quality mark

Reliability and certainty are central to our services. That’s why Qempower holds the SNA quality mark (Dutch Labour Standards Foundation). This quality mark guarantees that Qempower handles taxes and social security contributions correctly, and that employees are employed legally and correctly. The SNA quality mark offers clients the assurance that they are working with a transparent and ethical organization.
