About the position

Qempower is growing rapidly and that is why we are looking for an ambitious Corporate Recruiter
who will join our team. You are the specialist who knows how to find the right professionals
attracts you for projects in shipbuilding, construction, and industry. With your energy and approach
ensure that we always have access to the best welders, fitters and technical
professionals.

What are you going to do?

• Setting up and implementing a recruitment strategy for technical profiles.
• Proactively approach candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and your own network.
• Conducting job interviews and assessing professional competencies.
• Maintain contact with hiring managers and project leaders.
• Building a talent pool and guiding candidates from intake to placement.
• Identifying trends and opportunities in the labor market.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the technical sector.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• Good at stakeholder management and multitasking.
