With your certification and experience, you guarantee that<br\/> welding work of the highest level is delivered. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are you going to do?<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and motivate a team of certified welders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Independently perform <strong>visual weld inspections.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating welding activities and ensuring compliance with QA\/QC guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify deviations and report them to project management and QA\/QC managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct contact with customers and quality inspectors from <strong>Lloyd&#8217;s, DNV and ABS, among others.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively contribute to a safe and efficient workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do we expect from you?<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid <strong>VT-w2 and\/or Cswip 3.1 certificate<\/strong> (Visual welding inspection level 2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive experience as a welder and manager (cooperating foreman).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certifications according to <strong>EN ISO 9606<\/strong> are an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of welding processes (121, 131, 135\/136\/138, 141).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good command of Dutch and\/or English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In possession of <strong>VCA-VOL<\/strong> or willing to obtain this quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do we offer?<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A challenging position with a lot of responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive salary and excellent conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working on leading projects in shipbuilding, offshore and industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training and career opportunities..<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If necessary, accommodation and transportation arranged through Qempower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apply<\/h2>\n\n<p>Do you have the <strong>VT-w2 certificate<\/strong> and the experience to lead a team to success?
